What Fort Lauderdale Homeowners Say About Hale Windows Fort Lauderdale
Reviews matter because window and door work is not something you can see behind the drywall after the crew leaves. You either get a window that seals, opens, and blocks hurricane noise, or you get a draft. We earn every review the slow way: a written price before any work begins, a technician who arrives with a photo badge and a name you already know, and the 365-Day Done Right Promise behind every install. Here is what our neighbors in Fort Lauderdale have said after the job wrapped.
Recent Reviews
“Our old windows were original to a 1970s house in Victoria Park, and every afternoon storm turned the living room into a wind tunnel. Hale replaced eight openings with PGT impact units, and the difference is immediate. The crew finished in two days, the price never moved from the written quote, and the low-E coating actually keeps the western sun from baking the sofa.”

“I called about a sliding door that had come off its track and was jamming against the frame. The technician walked me through what he was checking, fixed the rollers, and handed me a written guarantee on the repair before he left. No upselling, no ‘while I’m here’ pitch. Just a door that slides with one hand again.”
Rosa G. – Coral Ridge, Fort Lauderdale
“We replaced the front door and two side lights with a Therma-Tru entry system, and the whole process was honestly boring in the best way. The quote was line-itemed, the installer showed up exactly when the photo said he would, and the old door was hauled off. The neighbors on our street in Rio Vista have already asked who did it.”
Cole V. – Rio Vista, Fort Lauderdale
“A bedroom window had a failed seal and looked fogged from the inside no matter how much we cleaned it. Hale swapped the sash with an ES Windows unit, matched the tint on the adjacent windows, and gave us the repair guarantee in writing. When I called a week later with a question about cleaning, a live person answered on the second ring.”
Jeff G. – Sailboat Bend, Fort Lauderdale
“The noise from Broward Boulevard was the final straw. Hale put in CWS double-pane windows with proper weatherstripping, and the difference at rush hour is notable. The crew used drop cloths, vacuumed before they left, and the project lead checked every window with me before signing off. The whole thing felt controlled from start to finish.”
Travis M. – Tarpon River, Fort Lauderdale
“I needed a second-floor window repaired after a storm blew debris into the glass. The replacement took about an hour and a half, the technician showed me exactly how the new glazing bead was seated, and I got a written guarantee on the repair. A few weeks later, a different window started sticking, and they came back at no charge under the free second visit policy.”

Why Customers Trust Us
None of the reviews above mention a discount or a gimmick, and that is the point. The common thread is a crew that shows up prepared, a price that does not drift, and paperwork that spells out the guarantee before the truck pulls away. Every technician we send in Fort Lauderdale is background-checked, identity-verified, uniformed, photo-badged, and pre-announced by name and photo before the visit. We call it the Threshold Standard, and it means you never open your door to a stranger; you open it to the specific person we told you was coming. Behind that is real product depth across eight lines: PGT, CGI, CWS, ES Windows, ECO Window Systems, Mr-Glass, Therma-Tru, and ViewLux. If something goes wrong with a repair within the guarantee window, the second visit is free. No argument, no fine print. If the whole job is not right, the 365-Day Done Right Promise means we make it right. Call (754) 354-3671 and we will put a written price in your hands before any work begins.
